Return
A Monthly Ceremony for Embodied Presence and Reclaimed Power
April 19th 1:00pm-5:00pm Okotoks
Invitation
There is a remembering that lives beneath the noise. A remembering of who we are beneath survival and conditioning and beneath all the places our power has slowly leaked away.
The Return is a monthly ceremony devoted to authenticity. A return to our true nature, and to calling our power back home.
Together we’ll explore:
• Embodied and somatic practices to restore presence and empowerment
• Breathwork and meditative practices
• Nervous system regulation and authentic self-expression
• Relational and group connection
• Earth-based practices (grounding, elemental connection, nature intelligence)
Nothing here is forced.
Nothing is bypassed.
Everything is rooted in presence.

Reclaiming What’s Already Ours
It is a felt embodied return that happens when nervous systems settle, the body comes online, and the field becomes coherent.
In this space:
1. We learn to be with the body and nervous system
2. We notice and shift patterns that no longer serve
3. We reconnect with how powerful we truly are
4. We relate from presence rather than protection/performance
Because the structure is held but the work is alive no two gatherings are the same.
You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No.
You do not need any prior experience. The Return is guided step-by-step, and you’ll be supported the entire time. Whether this is your first exposure to our work or you’ve done deep personal work for years, the space meets you where you are.
-
The Return can be incredibly powerful for couples. Moving through this kind of experience side-by-side can deepen connection, increase emotional intimacy, and create a shared sense of growth.
That said each person is still having their own internal experience. You’re not required to process together but many couples find it meaningful to integrate afterward in their own way.
-
The Return is intentionally held with deep nervous system awareness.
This isn’t about pushing you into catharsis or creating intensity for intensity’s sake. It’s about working with the nervous system in a grounded, attuned way. Consent, pacing, and safety are central.
The space is facilitated with a deep understanding of trauma, regulation, and integration. There is guidance throughout, not just during the breathwork, but in how the container is opened, held, and closed.
This is about reconnection, not overwhelm.
-
It can be but it is always choice-based.
Breathwork/Somatic Psychotherapy can bring emotions to the surface. You are never forced to go anywhere you don’t want to go. You can slow down, pause, or regulate at any time.
Intensity does not equal healing. Safety does.
-
That’s completely normal.
Most people feel some level of nervousness before their first session. That usually shifts once you’re in the room and feel the intentionality of the space.
-
Everyone’s experience is different.
Some people feel energized and empowered. Others feel quiet, reflective, or tender. Sometimes big emotions move through and then settle into clarity or relief.
Many people describe it as a reset like something shifted and they can breathe more fully again.
You’ll be encouraged to hydrate, rest, and give yourself space to integrate afterward.
