What’s This Program About?

This is NOT another boring class. This is hands-on, interactive, and designed to help teens actually feel better in their daily lives. We’ll use somatic (body-based) exercises, group discussions, and real-life tools to help them:

    The Window of Presence—finding balance & self-regulation tools

  • Weeks 2 & 3: Emotions—How to Feel & Process Them Without Getting Stuck

    How emotions get stored in the body & ways to release them

    Recognizing tension vs. expansion in yourself

    Tools for regulating emotions when things get overwhelming

  • Weeks 4 & 5: Relationships & Boundaries That Actually Work

    What are attachment styles, and why do they matter?

    Boundaries: how to recognize your “yes” and “no”

    Co-regulation—learning to build trust and connection

  • Week 6: Pulling It All Together

    Tapping into inner strength, resilience, and self-trust

    How to take these skills into the real world

    Resources to keep growing beyond the program
